Mark S. Borchert, MD
Mark S. Borchert, MD, is director of the Eye Birth Defects Institute and Eye Technology Institute in the Vision Center at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, where he heads its Division of Ophthalmology. After receiving his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Borchert completed his residency at the Doheny Eye Institute University of Southern California, and a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary, Harvard University. Dr. Borchert, who has been listed in “Best Doctors in America,” is associate professor of clinical ophthalmology and neurology at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
