About The Retina Institute
Childrens Hospital Los Angeles has been bringing hope to families
of children with complex retinal diseases for nearly four decades
by providing the latest treatments and research in a family-centered
environment. Here at the Retina Institute, part of the hospital's
comprehensive Vision Center, we are dedicated to providing extraordinary
care for children with retinopathy of prematurity, retinoblastoma
and other retinal diseases.
Our exceptional team of physician-scientists, nurses
and support staff reach out to children and their families from
throughout Southern California, the nation and the world. At the
same time, we are helping to define and advance the state of knowledge
in this field with an energetic program of basic and clinical research.
The Retina Institute is part of the Vision Center, one of Childrens
